What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

PayPal: Moongrav primarily uses PayPal for secure payments. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover card payments via PayPal.

Secure Credit Card Payments: We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Which currency will I pay in?

All our transactions are settled in Euros. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate based on the website you visit.

Do you offer 3- or 4-month payment options?

We accept 3-month payment plans.

How do I change/modify my order?

Please note that we can modify your order before shipment.

Once the package is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, it's possible that the email address you entered when placing your order was incorrect, or the email was mistakenly identified as spam. You can log in to your account to view your order. You can also contact us for more order information.
